Lovely place to live

I live in the Brainerd apartments. The management here is superb, and the maintenance is adequate. The building is always clean, for which I'm very grateful. Parking is easy and off-street. Snow removal and lawn maintenance is the best I've ever seen for an apartment complex. The apartments are small with few amenities, but quite livable. Neighbors are friendly and willing to help out each other. Considering this is subsidized government housing, you can't ask for better.

User-Friendly Service

This is the best maintained subsidized property I have lived in. The buildings and outside area are always clean. The management is friendly and willing to work with you when you have financial issues. Parking is available within a few yards of the exit door.

Great place to live!

I've lived here for over five years and truly appreciate the staff, as well as the lovely location. The grounds are well maintained also. Bus service is available right outside the building.

my experience here

to much gossip to many dogs running without leashes barking dogs dog pooping under my window and the guy won't pick it up so i smell it in my apartment when window are open i have reported it about 4 times now
