I’m now beginning my second year at Annika Place, and it has truly become a place I’m grateful to call home. Is it perfect? No place ever is—but this one comes remarkably close. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being perfect, I’d comfortably give Annika Place a strong 4+. One of the things I appreciate most is the community itself. The residents span a wide range of ages—from people in their mid-20s to folks in their mid-80s—and that mix brings a wonderful energy to the building. Everyone is welcome here. Everyone is valued. And almost everyone treats each other with kindness and respect. It’s a rare and refreshing atmosphere. The staff plays a huge role in that feeling. They’re professional, available, and consistently kind. They go out of their way to be helpful, and their presence is a blessing to all of us who live here. The amenities make daily life even better: a clean and convenient laundry room, a well-equipped exercise room, a beautiful rooftop deck for summer evenings, and apartments that are surprisingly spacious for the price. For Traverse City, the value is hard to beat. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced apartment in TC, I encourage you to take a look at Annika One—or the soon-to-open Annika Two just a block away. I feel blessed to live here, and I think many others would feel the same.

I love living here! Frida (Management) and Lee (Maintenance) are truly amazing, so kind and helpful and fast to respond to any issues that come up! It is very quiet, clean and nice amenities! The location of the apartment is great!

Annika place is a nice place to live. The noise is kind of loud which is expected in an appartment. Staff and people are friendly. Its sad how some people treat the place though and take advantage of the garbage use. Its a place to live, everyone should take care of keeping it clean.

Love my 2 bedroom apartment! Price is reasonable and apartment is spacious. On ground amenities are nice to have. Open floor plan makes for an inviting atmosphere to all guests. I would highly recommend
