Your New Chapter in Our Affordable Apartments, Detroit  Apartment Amenities  Step through your private entrance, because your home should feel like yours from the moment you arrive. Inside, windows don't just let in light; they frame the neighborhood like living artwork, shifting with the seasons and the day. Central air and heat work quietly in the background, the kind of comfort you only notice when you visit places that don't have it. And yes, we're pet-friendly, because your four-legged roommate deserves a home that welcomes them too. Community Amenities  Our green space isn't trying to be a park, it's that perfect middle ground where you can take your coffee outside, let your dog investigate every interesting smell, or just exist somewhere other than your couch. Dedicated resident parking means you're never circling the block at 9 PM with groceries melting in your backseat. And when your washer-dryer hookups are ready and waiting, laundry stops being a lost Sunday and becomes just another 30-minute task you can handle on your terms. I've always enjoyed living here, but it seems to be going down hill the last 5 years. Hopefully it gets better.

Everything is cool, but maintenance is super slow if they ever come. They say that they put work orders in but they never come to fix anything.

These apartments need major maintenance and upkeep such as appliances, paint, carpet, flooring, toilets, blinds, etc. and everytime you bring it to the manager’s attention you get the run arounds with no results. And that’s when you are finally able to even get in touch with someone.

Limited parking (one vehicle per household) and maintenance hasn’t always responded or even showed up as scheduled.
