Lofts At Bates Mill

The Lofts at Bates Mill is a historic textile mill built in 1854 as Bates Manufacturing Company Mill No. 2. A complete renovation of 65,000 square feet within the mill was completed in 2012. Facing West onto Fountain Park, each apartment has expansive views toward the Androscoggin River and the City of Auburn. The Lofts at Bates Mill is located at the heart of Lewiston's redeveloping Riverfront Island District includes offices, restaurants, and shops.
