Maintenance is a hassle. Sometimes you have to keep follow up with the staff until the issue is resolved. Also they want to continue to put in work orders until the issue is resolved. The staff don't have a sense of urgency when you bring your problems to their attention. I receive the same answer that they will call Maintenance or have someone come out to your unit, but it be days your either at work or they not coming until another week later for a simple fix issue.

So far so good. Great staff. The move in process was smooth and painless. Even during the snow storm.

I enjoy my place, even though the storage is limited. The maintenance could be better if service tickets did not take long to deliver. Sometimes you have to wait up to 2 to 3 weeks before you get you service completed. Being though, I have lived in my place for over 8 years, I have never got my carpet cleaned or replaced. I had to buy paint and paint my own self. Other than that, I guess it could be worst.
