Best Place for this Hellish Economy

It's okay but expect an inordinate amount of invasion of your privacy with frequent "inspections" and for nothing to get fixed unless you get loud and rude. Considering how much rent even in the immediate neighborhood has increased in the last year or 2, great value if you're willing to tolerate certain things.

I have lived at The Gramax for approx. 14 years, and I have had an excellent experience at this community. The following words come to mind when I think about The Gramax Team, which is effectively led and managed by Ms. LaTamara Pierce - Property Manager: Professional, Excellence, Knowledgeable, Cordial, Timely, Helpful, Positive Communications. Extraordinary, helpful, and cordial staff (management, office, and maintenance), quiet and clean environment, easy access to transportation such as metro, bus, malls, cinema, etc. Secured building and rare maintenance issues promptly resolved. Overall, The Gramax is a great place to live. .
