We are so grateful to have found this apartment! It is affordable, very well-kept, lovely neighbors, and RIGHT on the most beautiful park. Our family is so happy here... truly, no complaints!

Quiet and save
I have been living in Parkside Terrace for 3 years: clean,secure building, 7 minutes walk from downtown Silver Spring and the metro.We have a park next door.. I love Parside Terrace even if it's a little expensive.

Great location!
I have lived at Parkside Terrace for three years. It is in a great location and close to several bus routes and the downtown Silver Spring area. It is also location close to the Sligo Creek trail which is wonderful for walking and biking. There are lots of neighborhood parks around, so it makes it a great place to be.
