I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to reside here. Maintenance doesn't do anything correct if they attempt to fix it at all. The office staff is disrespectful and talk at people instead of talking to them. They forget what they write down during the meeting to address with maintenence. 80% of the residents put the garbage bags outside of the garbage bins instead of inside. Children are outside all times of the night with vulgar language. The parking lots are filthy you will either come across a used condom or broken glass on any given day. Cigarette butts all around. Black mold in apartments that they spray paint when a visit from HUD is announced. I could go on and on. My best advice is to look past this property when seeking a place to stay.
