What I like the most is the location to stores and senior center. Manager does tried to engage the residents with some sought activity monthly. What I least like is calling maintenance to fix a problem. I very seldom have issues however when I do I feel like am a nuisance. I feel my complaint goes on back burner, so to speak. He may have the tool or present time. I understand customer service is not always pleasant, however he does represent Enterprise Residential LLC. I have retired from customer service, an realize attitude is important. If I can appeal to Enterprise by asking for a security guard only in the late evening until morning. Some strangers will think twice once in our building Characters are sometimes looking walking around smoking weed, cigarettes and lounging. Most of us are to scare to approach them. We don't know if they visiting family or what. I feel if they see in plain view we have security strangers will not enter building. Either give seniors respect and the building by taking habits else where. In my opinion and many others residents this is what security can provide a safe environment after hours.

I love living here, its in a convenient area and the building is quiet and the staff from the manager to the maintenance are very friendly and helpful! There is always something going for the residents to enjoy.
