Ok but living on bottom floor is bad. Can hear everything up stairs especially kids running

The floors are awfully hard to keep clean. Not a good idea to put down white floors. The bathroom shower rod is to far in the tub. Maintenance keep the property decent but they don’t like to fix things in your apartment.

some parents have no control over their children and the children bang on the windows and doors and leave trash everywhere
