Everything’s good except dealing with loud noises upstairs all day

This used to be a very nice property, but they keep hiring people who don't care. They get in their cars and go wherever, not the least bit interested in the welfare of the tenants here. And don't you dare complain. Then again, if you do, it'll just fall on deaf ears, as no one concerns themselves. There aren't supposed to be unsupervised kids, but you'll see them everywhere, using the grounds as their trashcans. And sadly, the staff here doesn't bother to pick up the trash. I was happy when they hired a new person for the office, but she's like having no one there at all. This is a really nice place... Let me rephrase that... This WAS a really nice place, until the owners started putting people in positions, who don't give two hoots about the property. And the maintenance is sadder than the rest of the crew. No, that's not accurate. They are ALL pathetic.

The community is aesthetically nice, but staff need to up their game to make the place all that it could me. Talk about dropping a ball... that is definitely the case here. As for maintenance, most times I wonder if there is any. Simple fixes around the property continue to be problems for MONTHS. The staff is pleasant (for the most part), but MORE THAN pleasant is needed to effectively run the property and make it what is could be. At the very least, make it what it should be. ACTION... what is what's needed more than pleasantries.

i have only one problem with the problem with the area and that is somebody is smoking pot that is coming into through the vents and it gives me a headache. In the winter time the walls are so cold that I can't keep my apartment warm. Maybe the insulation isn't enough.
