I love my apartment. I love my surroundings. I feel safe ans secure. Maintenance is exceptional when requested. The common areas are well taken care of. I didnt think I would be this happy moving from a house to an apartment, but I call this place me home. I absolutely love it here.

In the beginning, we found this location to a reasonable option for a long term living situation. As the years have gone by, this is becoming more difficult. I understand the housing market is in an awkward situation but it has be understood that a current resident is not the market, they are a resident and should receive better rates then someone in the open market. If the tenant is a good and honest tenant, stop doing things that would force them to leave. High rotation is not a good business model for any business.
