Great Improvements have been and are continually being made since Jazmine Assistant Leasing Agent has been at Park View 2 where I live. He is warm, kind, reachable, personable and she smiles every day! I like her a lot!!! There is still a need for improvements and more social and recreational things are needed. Needs more staff Need more maintenance

I love the location and the neighborhood, but the Amenities are not great. TV was off for months in community room, and no TV Fitness Room! Can't talk to the leasing agents until I go to the other building. Communication is Not good! And the carpet is not clean, so it's are in each floor!, and when the i Electric was out, we had to call BGE and they told us our electricity was stillnutbacl because the maintenance men had not cut it back on! And we had to call them, who doesn't live in the premises!

Definitely would recommend the place to others. Love the community family room where we gather for meals and games on Sunday. Great location and love the transportation services that come to the front door.
