Ilike security . Being close to my sister who lives near. , And close to the stores

I have lived here at Park View building 2 since 2015 and love the location of my apartment. There are Oriental grocery stores, one is very clean the other smells of fish including the frozen FFs, only went to that one ONCE! Post office next door,Walmart, restaurants, in fact just about anything except a theater can be found within 3 miles of these apartments. Not to mention being so close to Old Town Ellicott City! My two furbabies are quite happy here too. Work-orders are promptly handled, and emergency maintenance is available after hours, and electronic doors operate via keypad or fobs. Elevator, pool table, laundry room, library/community room, craft room, cosmetologist available via appointment. No smoking in the apartments nor on the property including sitting in your parked vehicle. My only con is people and delivery personnel driving in and out of the complex WAY TOO FAST! Praying for a "launching mound" to be placed on the road.

Handicapped parking is ABUSED! People think that the OWN the spot! We need to have at least one spot next to the entrance (for 20-minute parking) so that those of us who are TRULY handicapped can park there long enough to unload parcels and then repark our cars in NON-handicapped spots. Placards should be verified!!!
