Here is your chance to lease a beautiful home and one of dundalk's nicest established neighborhoods, this house generally rents for $1,700 but we have instituted a new bonus program which gives a $45 discount for rent received by the 5th of the month afterwards it's a low two and a half percent late fee this neighborhood is conveniently located close to 695 shopping and excellent schools, there is also a wonderful Amish market 5 minutes away as well as the North point flea market. The house features three bedrooms we are willing to repaint the house for the right tenant in a neutral super light gray color. The house also features beautiful hardwood floors throughout or brand new carpet if you prefer. The basement is mostly finished and has been used as a family room by several tenants. There is an included washer and dryer but we generally do not offer dishwashers because we have had a problem with drains clogging up in many of our houses due to dishes that are not properly cleaned off before putting in. There is a nice covered carport in the back a wonderful covered patio which is great for cookouts or enjoying a summer afternoon. Front porch is also covered and makes for a nice place to sit in the spring and summer. This is a very quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors mostly homeowners that are well established in the neighborhood. We will allow a small dog with a $25 a month see which will be removed after a 90-day inspection to assure that the dog is completely house trained and does not cause damage. The bathroom has been recently updated there is also parking in the front of the property. We generally look for a credit rating over 600 and 2 years of solid employment and no criminal record however we can discuss the criminal record if it's minor and with good time on the job we can also discuss credit that falls below our standards.
