Need improvement
Been living here for six years and been requesting new carpet since moved in still have not gotten any new carpet. Cannot sleep in bed room because keep getting bitten from something in carpet. Sleeping in livingroom and just started a month ago getting bitten now in livingroom. Whatever in carpet is now spreading to other area. I keep my windows closed and do not open my door unless going to store. Tired of complaining. Going to have to make this my last year cannot take getting bit. Carpet been sprayed several times still no relief. Was told 6 months ago my unit was on list for new carpet and I had 3 people in front of me. Still no new carpet. Over this situation now just biding my time until can move out. Hopefully next year. Otherwise this is a nice, convenient place, and reasonable rent controlled place in columbia to live. Maintenance is wonderful. Residents are nice and friendly.

Love it. People are friendly and welcoming. Apt does not have dishwasher as advertised.
