Terrible management

If you can find another hud location that is in a noce area like this one I suggest you move there. The leasing office/ management team are like a revolving door, every 3-6 months we are introduced to a new manager or assistant. Paperwork is neber completed on time due to the situation but the staff will try to turn it around and say you were the csuse. Recertification’s aren’t being handled properly and or its being said that residents don’t complete them but in reality, the residents have completed multiple recertification Within the month because management loses, or misplaces The documents. Management It’s supposed to be there to help you Instead, they keep you in the dark, and do not help at all. This building is supposed to be a steppingstone to help people get a leg up when it comes to housing But in reality, this place makes you either stuck here or have to move due to them, not properly filing paperwork and blaming it on you

Many issues that are poorly handled & with little responsibility taken by property owners. This place needs a lot of work & attention to be a decent living environment, especially starting with the health hazardous conditions!
