General outside issues

People do not keep their property tidy. People drop clothes to and from the laundry and leave them on the ground. Broken toys everywhere. Landscapers should weed. People smoke everywhere

Great neighborhood

People are nice here. Everyone in the office are nice and helpful. Great location, close to schools, the schools are great.

Could be more detailed

A wonderful residence. So very happy to live here. My only criticism is some neighbors who own dogs do not clean up their dogs waste. And there are neighbors who DO NOT observe the no smoking policy and smoke openly on the property.
