I've lived here a long time. The staff has had a high turn over rate in both office and maintenance staff. Some maintenance staff seem to be unqualified or questionable from where they were sourced and overall dont get a lot done. Office staff are typically nice and just trying to get the job done for such a large complex and old staffs mess uos to fix. There apartments are decent for how old they are and how mismanaged repairs are. Great if youre young and trying to be on your own. The area is usually pretty quiet unless youre around the park during the day. Not a bad place but could use better up keep.

I have been living in Meadowbrook for many years and have seen the multiple transitions of management some good and not so much but the current management do not what they are doing. They need more maintanance crew to keep up with caring for the property. Any request takes forever to be fulfilled.

Honestly, I don’t care for it at all. The changeover at office and maintenance staff lack of getting attention on things that I need fixed doesn’t help

Overall, I love the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and there's very little problem with anything that could make a person fearful. But maintenance is severely lacking the amount of help they need to cover the amount of buildings we have on site. The budget they are given and the lack of personnel that they have does not allow them to fulfill their duties to the fullest of their respective abilities.

I love Meadowbrook, its a great community and I have met wonderful people here. Management is not the best and you have to call a couple of times to get things fixed/done but overall is a good place to live and affordable.
