Peaceful, friendly, non disruptive

I have been here for 2 years, ive met some really great staff and are corgal with all my neibors. I would like a more kid friendly park (swings?), otherwise i give brandy gills a 7/10.

Affordable and Friendly

I have lived here for 4 years now. The staff is always friendly, the maintenance workers are very helpful, and we have great amenities. My kids love the pool, playground, and basketball courts!

Needs better security and cameras

Needs better security and caneras throughout the property. And maintanence can be a lot kore timely with fixing issues that beed to be fixed.

Kid Friendly

I have lived here for 10 years, it is kid friendly and the current staff our very responsive to any issues or maintenance that is needed. If you are looking for a community to raise kids in and have rent that is not outrageous this is the place. Super to all of your basic needs (stop & shop, Walmart, CVS, Cumberland farms, etc.) and the Elementary school is right next door.
