Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the friendly office staff, the nice and friendly neighbors, the effective clean-up crew, and the maintenance team that does their job well. They also value that Walnut Square is a gated community and the apartments themselves are very nice.

My experience

The pool hours, if its open, are ridiculous as most residents won't be able to use it if they don't get off work before 3 pm and it's closed on the weekends which is dumb. Maintenance is slow to repair/replace broken appliances in the units.

My Stay at Walnut Square

Aside of the constant noise heard from the tenants above me running on the floors and riding scooters all times of the day, I enjoyed my stay at Walnut Square. Not too long after I first moved there, a main water line broke, flooded my apartment, and I was moved to an apartment in the back until it was renovated. I lost all of my furniture; at the time I didn't have rental insurance. Yes it was quite the experience...
