Thoughts

Most of what bothers me is from the neighbors with all these dogs crapping any and everywhere. The owners don’t pick up after them. The residents throw trash on the ground next to an empty dumpster. The trash company will drive over the trash and leave it. I’ve submitted my rental assistance information more than one occasion with no response.
