NO HOT WATER - LOUD MUSIC - GARBAGE ON GROUND

1st and foremost NO HOT WATER 2nd People have been very noisy with loud music playing in parking lot and visitors parking in front of building exiting their cars and leaving the music playing VERY loud. Also trash and food is being thrown on the ground and also thrown on the other side of the fence into the wooded area. I've seen someone throw boxes and the plastic contents of the package over the metal fence. Also people have been standing in front of the entrance door and practically blocking the entrance to the building. And they don't want to even move, you have to ask them and still maneuver around them and act like you're bothering them.
