Untrusted staff and unprofessional

The staff is untrusted unfaithful cold blooded thieves. Mr Gilbert does not give dam. He has intered my apartment with a master key and stoll stoll or taken clothing jewelry foof and food containers. I have contacted the office several times and no one has returned a call .

Nice but some issues

It's a nice building but the maintenance is not always good. If something happens over night or on the weekends it is hard to get in touch with someone.

GATE ACCESS FAILURE

I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR TWO YEARS+ AND STILL WAITING FOR THE APP THAT ALLOWS ME ACCESS TO KEY ENTRANCES. THE MOST INCONVENIENT COMPLAINT HERE IS THE TENANT'S ACCESS TO GATES/DOORS. RESIDENTS HAVE TO GO DOWN TO THE GATE TO LET VISITORS ONTO THE PROPERTY. I HAD SURGERY AND COULD NOT LEAVE MY APARTMENT AND WITHOUT THE HELP OF OTHER RESIDENTS I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ALLOW MY FAMILY IN TO HELP CARE FOR ME. STAFF HAS BEEN HELPFUL WHEN THEY ARE HERE TO LET PEOPLE, DELIVERIES, ETC. ONTO THE PROPERTY DURING OFFICE HOURS ONLY. OTHER THAN THAT I AM MOST PLEASED WITH THE APARTMENT.
