Recently had very bad dealings with Clarksville Apt/Courtyard being just moved in Indiana but meeting Matt & Patreece they were nice kind very informative and made my moving process less stressful than normal. Love the Community neighbors are great!!! Great job Colonial Village..??????

maintence takes forever to complete work order and the apartment needa an major update!

I have lived here 10 years plus. Over those years it has been excellent up until new management. Things were not completed as said. Landscaping was not completed like promised. Bushes were taken out and roots, and black landscape paper was left. which allowed weeds to grow and mud. We were promised grass was to be put down. That has never happened. Trash is not picked up on regular basic (trash, cigarette butts, dog poop. Dog poop bags are never in containers. The front of the office looks blah, before there were plants and flowers, nothing now. They said it got to late to plant anything. Compared to other apt complex's it makes Colonial Village look below par. I love were I live and my neighbors, everything is so convenient. With the new Apartment going up you would think management would want to spruce the place up. Make it welcoming. But it seems like people are moving out instead of in. BUT rent keeps raising above means. Why they said cost of living. Then make it worth wanting to live here!
