Leisure Village VI

It has been good living here. Great location. I have been here, i think, 16 years in January There are 18 units here and, for the most part, everyone gets along great.

Nice Place to live. Excellent staff on the grounds.

I have lived here since the summer of 2023. I am close to family, as they also live in Kuna, and that is a plus for me! Staff is very friendly and helpful, and my neighbors are the best!!

I have been here 16 years. I am grateful to have my little apartment. Some negatives: HUGE turnover in management; not having maintenance way too often; tenants starting rumors the property is being sold and we will be left with nowhere to go; past years no sidewalk/parking lot maintenance when there is snow ice; the noise from Linder is getting real bad and come spring and sumer when they tear the road up its not going to be good; laundry room, washers and dryers dont work very good and they are overpriced. Positives: at this time we have a great manager; the sidewalks were cleaned off and ice melt spread; nice sized little place for one; making friends with some of the neighbors.

I like living here because it is close to my daughter.

In the short time I've been here. There has been 2 landlords and the 2nd one was here 2 days and now it's only 1 day. There is no maintenance person. There is a roof repair needed and in 5 months has not been taken care of. Lawn is dead or dieing because sprinkler system isn't working and has not been fixed. When you put a work order in your lucky if it gets done. I could go on and on listening to the other residents here. It just a shame because we all try to make are place of home look nice. We may be low income but we do have dignity.
