I don't recommend living here for multiple reasons. 1 being the management wants to be your friend and not the manager. If you say or do something she doesn't like look out. Hypocrite behavior. Rude disgusting comments about a tenants 14 yr old daughter and how she dresses by a male employee. and management seems to think that type of behavior is acceptable. Property is not maintained. Dog area trash can smells like a dead animal is in it and there are goat heads everywhere on the property as well as dead and live weeds over growing everywhere. weeds Dumpster areas are not maintained and trash and bags of dog poop are everywhere. as well as dog poop laying all over the common areas where residents do not clean up after their dogs. They put up a great front but it's all just that a front. needs better management.

I love living here but for a while it had gotten so uncomfortable and many of my neighbors as well as myself, We all felt that every time we would get too many notices and usually there was never a reason or proof of wrong doing ( at least on my account ) I had to constantly be proving my point for such notices that were placed on my front door. Maybe it was misunderstandings. Lately it has gotten way better. Thank you. Now I do not feel anxious or feel anxiety when I get home from my work or wherever I have been. I do sometimes have to deal with my neighbor and his loud music that I can hear from my closet or bedroom wall and usually he has it so loud past 10:30 pm which is super annoying since I get up for work at 5:30 am but I do not want to cause anyone any problems so I let it be. I really like all of my neighbors around me, We watch for each other. I really like living in my own comfortable place even though it has gotten super busy with all the building and street constructions all around that area. I still feel safe with all the cameras that the property provides. Thank you for having those. * Millie *
