Pets allowed. Join our pet-friendly community, where we understand the importance of furry friends because many of our team members are pet owners, too!  We welcome domesticated pets, with a maximum of two pets per apartment unit. To ensure a harmonious living environment, a non-refundable Pet Deposit of $300 per pet is required.  For pet acceptance, please ensure the following:  The pet is not on the current restricted breeds list (if applicable).  The pet weighs less than 25 pounds.  The pet does not exhibit unsafe or aggressive behavior.  The pet is up-to-date on all legally-required vaccinations.  The pet complies with all terms and conditions in our current Pet Addendum.  The Pet Deposit must be paid in full at the time of signing the lease and will be governed by the terms of the Lease Agreement. Pets will undergo a visual inspection before acceptance to ensure compliance with these standards. Failure to meet these standards may result in the rejection of the Application. As part of the approval process, we may collect a photograph and other information to identify the pet, and documentation of required vaccinations will be necessary.  Please note: Your pet(s) must satisfy terms and conditions set out in other documents, such as a Pet Addendum. Please review these before applying.  Service Animals / Assistive Animals / Emotional Support Animals:  In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, and our policy on reasonable accommodations, Service Animals / Assistance Animals required to assist an applicant or resident with a disability will not be considered as pets. Therefore, they are not subject to restrictions on animal type, breed, number, weight, or pet deposits.  However, any such assistance animal residing at the Apartments will be subject to an agreement (e.g., "Assistive Animal Agreement") approved by the Apartments. Failure or refusal to enter into such agreement may lead to rejection of the application and refusal to execute a lease. I love living here at,The Waters At Gateway for so many reasons. It's in a convenient location to the malls, eatery places like, McDonald's, The Waffle Housr, One of the best sea food restaurant in twon, The Shell House Sea Food Restaurant right down the street from our lovely appartment . I also love how spacious my appartment is.Also you are surrounded by mary places of worship that you can choose from. It's so mary good thing that I could say about The Water's At Gateway Appartment,but I will say this. I plan to be here until I Can't afford to be here, which I hope that never happens. I'm Happy Here.

I haven't been able to get in touch with the front office pertaining to payment activity on my account. The complex itself is quiet. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves.

The apartment complex is worth the value but we have not had access to the pool in 2 years .

Beautiful apts,laud traffic noise,still no amenities open after 2020 COVID Lock Lock Down, car dependant location, no community activities as promised, transmission fluid and oil all over parking lot, alligator ?? in retention ponds, trash dumping in what was beautiful woods, oil and gas dumping in creek that flows into the Ogechee River with no oversight from the management or local Fish and Game branch of local and government,trash disposal totally underservied with only one compactor and dumpster,,rent increases every year
