Your answers will help us locate the ideal fit for your needs. Inside you'll find a choice of homes from apartments to townhomes with updated interiors, washer/dryer connections and spacious living areas designed for everyday comfort.
We offer off-street parking, on- site maintenance, 24-hour emergency service for added peace of mind.
We're proud to be a pet-friendly community! There is a one-time pet fee ($300 for the first pet, $200 for the second max of 2 pets) and No Monthly Pet Rent!!
We offer flexible lease terms from 3 to 18 months to fit your housing needs. You will establish you own accounts with Georgia Power and Savannah Water. You will be required to get renters insurance.
Income Qualification: x3 times the monthly rent.
Fees: $75.00 application fee required for each person over 18 that will be living in the home. Additional fees will be required once application is approved.
An administrative fee of $150.00 and a reservation fee of either $250 or $500 based on credit and background screening and the reservation fee will be refundable at the end of your lease term depending on homes condition.
