I like the area where we these apartments are located. The overall experience is great, there are some things that are a bit disappointing such as limited parking but over all it is great.

Quality over Quantity

I have lived at Oliver Place for almost 4 years, management has changed several times however, current management/ administrative team is okay but, could do better with communication, quality and assurance, transparency, and outreach with community. It is important that you not only know your property but, also engage with your residents and show a professional repport. Although maintenance has always been an issue in keeping it fully staffed hopefully it will get better as things are always falling apart in the apartment. Hoping and wishing for the best.
