Lived here 3 years best thing we did, very secure, great staff, good location with great shopping, feel very safe and the cleanliness and quick maintenance couldnt be any better. Well maintained complex.

Im certain my experience here at the Legacy at Walton Heights has been made kniwn to management and owners alike. From the time I moved in over 10 years ago, the quality of living here is equivalent to living in a Five Star hotel. Building and ground maintenance are superior to many higher priced apartment townhomes I've visited in North Atlanta. Resident focused management makes our community a highly satisfied family which is a majority of seniors. I have referred many people to Walton Communities. Two families I referred were able to make Walton Heights their home. Like me, they continue to be grateful for having a VIP guest treatment in our own homes.

We love living here @ Walton Heights! We have lived here from the beginning it was built, over 10years! The property landscape is beautiful &very well kept! We love the fact that we can always come home to a beautiful well kept property! We are walking distant from varies grocery stores, pharmacies, dining businesses &a shopping mall. This property offers &provides wonderful &enjoyable amenities, some are not just basic ones! The property management team are very pleasant &professional. I can't say enough about our awesome maintenance ream!
