I signed my lease at Wisteria Place Mableton on the first day our residence officially opened in July, 2019. As a 55+ Independent 104 apartment complex we are located in a perfect location with plenty of shopping opportunities and professional facilities are at our disposal. Within blocks we have Publix, Kroger, Aldi, Lydl and local grocery stores to a Wellstar hospital, urgency care locations and specialty physicians offices. Plenty of new stand-alone homes and apartment complexes are being built nearby as well. Interstates I-20 and I-285 are easily accessible. Location, amenities and costs are very important to me especially as a retired citizen. We are blessed with the amenities we have and thanks to our Searles Foundation and CAHEC Management partnership the rent is below average for the area and we do not have to pay for utilities.?? We need many more locations like Wisteria Place Mableton as the Baby Boomer population continues to grow into retirement and it is a perfect model for that!

I lived here from the opening. My biggest issue is the ambulance fire truck parade every time someone is sick. There should be a separate area. It is very stressful to see and hear. I live in the front of the building

Wonderful Staff When some is at the property, We have been short staff for a while now. Hoping we can get some of our maintenance issues taking care of soon .Super area to live in this community . We just had a rate increase very large it's a new company now.
