My stay has been ok but having to wait forever for stuff to be fixed and its been over months is ridiculous. Management could be a little bit better at answering questions, or giving calls back and emails prior to that day.

The neighborhood has changed and people are really nasty with leaving trash outside there door or in the parking lot . Also people allow there kids to play in tge breeze way leaving toys and trash for hazards. They really should assign parking because people have guest over and they dont tell them to park in the front and caise people who live here to walk fromt the leasing office late nights. I do feel the location is good but they need to have security to make sure people that live here only is using thr trash area .

The workers are rude and barge right in without knocking no matter what time of day or night. Stuff still broken since the day i moved in over 5 years ago.

Abbington at Hawcreek had been such a blessing. Sophia in the leasing office is the best. So friendly and always goes above and beyond to help her residents. Great staff and great neighbors!

The property manager Ms. Sophia is the best. She is prompt about answering questions. Efficient in solving issues and a great person in general. She cares for her residents and also makes sure to maintain the cleanliness of living. Incorporates community activities for adults and kids. Great community to live in
