I am a senior citizen and my complex is very safe environment friendly neighbors and awesome site manager and maintenance associate. I have been a resident for 8yrs and have referred Shangri-la to other senior citizens.

I have live here for approximately 11 years, it is a very friendly place to be live, the neighbors are friendly, the site manager is like none other, very friendly, helpful, and always ready to extend her expertise to help in what ever area possible, I could not have chosen a better place than Shangri La Park, it a good location for shopping, eating out, walking, etc. If you have problems with transportation neighbors and the Bartow transit is available. And I am thankful for our site manager doing the time of our mailbox damage how she made sure that we got our mail, she went the extra mile to help, something many would not have done. A very good and place to share your last years on earth to rest, before transitioning to a heavenly rest.

Living at Shangri-Park has been challenging. When life changes direction for a senior, sometimes you need a helping hand. Shangri-La-Park staff have been courteous and understanding to help guide their residents when in need. At times it can seem like living in the "City of the Living Dead" because some resident seniors seem to have no hope of a future! They daily have health issue or problems Shangri-La Park staff is always willing to be available to help. Melissa Bell our manager is a blessing. Our maintenance man Cisco is polite and helpful. Thank you
