It's a great place to live. no noise great parking and in the summer great pool.

Maintenance could be faster but otherwise love living here

Love it but Maintenance is slow and get into what needs done

I've only lived in two other apartments in my life, and that was in the middle '90s. I am very pleased and grateful to the staff here at Luna trails also for the residents. I couldn't ask for anything better at my certain time. The amenities are great. The security is unreal and very safe. And is very much affordable going through the VA and housing I really appreciate everything this complex has.done for me I must say moving up from Dade county it's a little bit slower here in Titusville, but I'm very happy that I'm close to my family, who lives in Orlando

I never in my wildest dreams thought I would retire in Florida but that's where my husband and I relocated after our daughter and her family moved here. Family has always been our priority. We stayed with relatives during the covid period and then began the search for our own place. We found Luna Trails after a looking at an abundance of ads, websites, and tours. We were fortunate to secure a three bedroom unit with two full baths. The apartment is spacious and the building secure. The amenities are generous. The pool area is lovely, the workout room can provide a challenge, and the activities offered to residents satisfy a wide variety of interests. Living here is easy with maintenance accessible if needed. Appliances are provided including an up to date washer and dryer. My favorite is the gas stove. The folks here are friendly and are good neighbors but at the same time you can maintain as much privacy as you desire. And don't worry if you have a much beloved pet in your family. Furry friends are welcome. The apartments are conveniently located near stores, health care, and restaurants but the setting is just far enough away to generate a quiet and pleasant environment. We have a second floor apartment easily accessible by stairs or an elevator. I enjoy sitting on our balcony for a morning cup of coffee or a view of an evening sunset. With all the apartments have to offer you would think the rent would be out of reach but it isn't. Compared to other three bedroom units, our rent comes in below average. Yes, we were fortunate to secure a place here. We truly feel like we found a forever home.

I've been living here since 1 September, And it's been quite a change for me. I really like the spacious room and the cleanliness of the facility. Shortly after arriving we've experienced a few thundershowers which building doors we're damage. From the main office door to one of the side doors inwhich I park my car has become inoperable until further notice. Distance to make it a bit difficult when your handicap and have to walk all the way around the building. With patience come together eventually. Yes I would recommend living here. There's a lot of camaraderie veterans which makes us a family.
