Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, convenient parking, and a prime location just a short walk to Merry Pier, restaurants, bars, shopping, and local activities. Pet-friendly with HOA approval and a deposit. Please note that stairs are required for access. A 30-day minimum stay is required, and a signed contract and valid ID are necessary for check-in. For security, exterior cameras are in place. Seasonal rates are as follows: April $7,000 May $4,000 June & July $5,000 per month August to October $3,500 per month November $5,000 December $6,000 January $7,000 February & March $10,000 per month For 6 to 9-month rental contracts, first month's rent, last month's rent, security deposit, and a move-out cleaning fee are due at signing. A background check and application are required. This property is available for monthly rentals up to 9 months.
