I have lived here going on 2 years. It's an ok place to live, certainly convenient to stores. The only complaint I have is that every July there is a rent increase. This is supposed to be senior living but each year the rent is increased and sometimes by a large amount. The residents that live here are stuck because there is no where else we can go that is more reasonable. In my 80 years on the earth all I see is the rich getting richer, and the poor getting poorer. That is my personal assessment but I doubt I am along in how I feel.

I've lived here over a year now & like the place. Unfortunately finances being what they are for lots of seniors the rent is relatively reasonable. But if a big rent hike is happening in July you should know that you could lose lots of renters. I live only on SS so any kind of giant raise hike like 2022 is not something my finances can afford. I'm sure you've heard this statement from other renters but I just wanted to leave my comments.
