Havel lived here since it opened quiet place, Management is excellent, Maintenance is excellent if you need repairs it is done in a timely manner. Safe place to live, friendly neighbors. I am satisfied.

It's fine. Is it really necessary to have constant inspection sometimes 3 to 4 times in a month is quite infuriating. Especially the extreme loud sound of fire alarm going off quite often when they're checking it several times. It can cause shock especially with people with heart problems.
