It's a very nice place to live, I have been here almost 5 years it has great amenities. The community has great staff in the office and maintenance dept. I love this place.

Despite the challenging economic times we are encountering, the staff at Hammock Harbor has managed to competently manage and maintain this community. The complex is conveniently located near a shopping center. There is a playground and a pool for children. Due to the location, it is no surprise that from time-to-time there is a law enforcement presence. When driving to and from the complex, you do need to be wary of unsupervised children. As income restricted housing goes, this is about as good as you will find.

Maintenance never actually looks into your issues. They'll just say it's complete or tell you that you have to do it yourself. Been waiting for our carpets to be patched, outside light to be fixed, and for pest control. The office is pointless because no one answers the phone and you need an appointment to be seen but you don't even get a response via email. Overall the grounds are clean and the Apts are cute.
