nothing for children to do, but ride bikes in hallways running and being loud playing basketball in hallways. Neighbors fighting in hallways yelling. causing a problem over handicap parking.

Overall not a bad place to live, however when living on disability and the rent keeps going up that doesn't seem right. I cannot eat after paying rent and utilities.

This place is for the most part from my experience is a quiet peaceful place to live. Although the staff can get very busy they are very kind and helpful. Nina is a great at multitasking. Hopefully maybe in the future we will get a pool, but we are still very close to the Beach. The maintenance are awesome they manicure this property and take great care of it,keep up with scheduled repairs of appliances. The whole team at Central landings wants to keep the property up so that families like myself who just moved here have a place to live in that's Modern, affordable and safe. That's appreciated by me and my family. L.M
