Living here has been good. Sometimes neighbors can be loud but not loud enough to disturb my sleep. But its a great area to live. Everything is digital not much contact with the front office unless you email.

The community is very noisy and the people in the area leave trash in the breezeway all of the time. The location is convenient to the local hospital and grocery stores and right off of 408, which is nice. It would be nice it the complex had a pool, fitness center, or some type of activity center for the residents.

It’s been a nice and quiet complex. Nobody bothers us, neighbors are not too noisy and the ones who’ve lived here longer are more than happy to help out newbies.

Residents should not have to pay for parking, when we already have a package, rent, and other bills to pay. Also, there isn’t enough parking for our guest, so we can’t invite people to our house. More parking needs to be constructed. Furthermore, the rent is too high for a place that barely has any amenities and no balconies. Someone moves out of Vista Pines literally about every week to every two weeks and that says a lot about a place.
