Parking is the biggest issue, besides being charged for everything the property is well taken care of .

Lived here for almost 6 years. If it wasn't for the market, I would have left years ago. Staff is non-existent. To speak to them always requires an appointment. Leasing office is not accessible as a resident, nor are the amenities. The re-certification process is unnecessary after the 1st year of trying to get approved to move-in, yet it is required and the questions asked are an invasion of privacy. Staff is inconsistent with their policies. I should remove my decor from the front door, but another person has an actual lit christmas tree outside their unit door and it never was removed. The noise level is insane all through the night. Breezeways are constantly trashed. Rent increases EVERY YEAR, but the amenities stay the same. Think twice about staying at a Concord Management community because they are ALL the same whether in a new development or not.

I have lived here from inception, and there has been some not so pleasant changes. Most concerning for me is the noise coming from a garage (motorcycles). Parents allowing their kids to ride bikes and mini-motorcycles along the pathway regular vehicles use.

Landstar Park Apartments are great. Great location; accessible to quick access to all major roads and highways, with the added advantage of the Sunrail in walking distance. LPA is a very clean, safe and well maintained community. The community manager is always available, and quick to reply when needed. The maintenance staff is especially good; always on premise, friendly, experienced and very professional.
