Staff doesnt respond back, karen at the office is very rude. Karen will literally ignore you whille talking and is not prodessional. No emails or phone calls are ever answered.

Maintenance request are ignored. They try to do patch work instead of complee repairs. Ive been waiting 7 months for new vanities that were approved to be replace. Management pushes questions ‘you dont get a complet answer’.

The new staff I never met . But they are definitely better than the last staff Here. They actually respond very quickly ... and they are wayyyyy more respectful than the last staff very polite and professional!! I hope we will be able to get new appliances along with the new staff
