Nice quiet place
I have lived here for 3yrs. & 3mths. I inquired about the living experience from someone who currently lived here before I moved in. If you go off the negative reviews alone you will be missing out. What I like the most about living here is that its peaceful and quiet.I live near the view of the soccer field/playground and the pavilion, where children play. The most you will here is children out playing. There are a few families every now and then that move in, and kick up some drama. But I can assure you that It is not tolerated here and they are dealt with quickly. Secondly, its a nice mixture of ethnicity here. You will find working families who take pride in where they live. Neighbors are pleasant and respectable for the most part. New renovations was done prior to moving in that are quite nice. The only disappointing part is appliances are old and were not upgraded. maintenance response time could be improved. Thirdly the apartments are large and spacious. Overall I would recommend living here.Grounds are kept clean, Its convenient to many shopping centers, and on the lynx bus line.
