Very wonderful community great for the kids

Great apartment and my Leasing Person Was Awsome with getting moved in

I've been living at Amelia Court for almost 3 years and overall it's been an enjoyable experience. The application process was simple enough and there was plenty of communication from staff. The pros of living here is that it's affordable given the location, the apartment rooms themselves are nice, and the given amenities are optimal. Fast WIFI, secure storage for deliveries, utilities have been perfect other than trash disposal which can get backed up. The cons that I can think of is the lack of facility maintenance and cleaning. Any spills, trash, or other garbage is not cleaned quickly and can linger for weeks. This may just be apartment living in general, but people don't have common decency and respect to contain their living to just their own rooms: neighbors playing loud music, floor stomping/wall banging. It doesn't help that staff are slow to respond to resident complaints and don't do anything unless they witness whatever you're complaining about in person. Staff though have overall been very helpful anytime else and are always friendly and professional. I'd give Amelia Court 5 stars if these two issues were fixed, but as it stands I have to give it 3.5.

Experience ok the area is not the greatest

My experience living here was good I didn't have any major problems besides a little trash in the elevator and on the steps every now and then but the cleaning crew would clean up and the hallways were not always clean because tenants would drag their trash and that would cause the hallways to get messy which management needs to keep on top of. Otherwise the apartment is comfortable.

The community is a nice place to live, I just wish parking is a little better for households with more than 1 car.
