Complain

Dear lessor: We have lived in this complex for about 9 years, but in Concord we been for 11 years.In the last 7 since they lost their maintenance has been lousy. In 9 years if we have done one per year it has been a lot and the response of the maintenance staff has been poor and with a bad attitude.
