Nice location and very and clean. I've been living at Berkshire club Apartments for 8 years The most I like about the community it is very convenient stores and buses near by I love the comfort of the apartment very roomy and extremely comfortable . I would recommend living at Berkshire Club Apartments

Cons Office phone is rarely answered, usually requires leaving a voicemail to get an eventual followup. Residents are provided only a day's notice before maintenance members will enter apartments for inspection. A window of time is never provided. Residents do not have adequate time to request off work or make arrangements to be present during inspections. The third floor walkways are rarely swept. Reverse parking violation flyers are placed only on certain vehicles and not others, indicating preferential treatment. Pros Dog waste station is well stocked and frequently emptied Trees, grass, and shrubbery are neat and well managed Sidewalk and street debris are promptly picked up by staff Some areas of the complex are well lit at night
