You would be better off looking for better low-cost apartments because this complex is not worth the money. Due to non-roof repairs for more than two years, units are moldy in the walls. Numerous buildings have exterior cracks and holes large enough for an arm to fit through; as a result, it is dangerous for occupants to live there. The apartment complex's amenities are broken; the children's playground is dangerous to even walk on, and several kids have contracted hand, foot, and mouth disease there. The gym's equipment is broken and does not function. You must make a phone call or keep knocking until someone answers the door before entering the office, which is not accessible to residents.
