College park it's a great community, the office and maintenance staff are constantly working and it's reflected in the appereance of the property. However, the amenities are in bad condition, but that type of changes are not in their hands. Living here has been a pleasure and I am not planning to move soon.

When I moved in I was told a new refrigerator would be coming in a week or so, above the stove lights have not been fixed in 6 months, cabinets separating and swollen from past water damage and falling apart. Painted tub which constantly peel and bubbles, black mold behind the toilet in master bedroom , bad smells under kitchen sink which gets worse when you use the water..... 2 rent increases in 6 months, constant fines or notices on the door . Only plus is the office staff is very kind in person.
