All registered guests will have full access to the property including the new Beach Club, 9 restaurants and bars, multiple pools, hot tub, beach access, and complimentary chairs and towels at the pools. At the beach, there is a discounted rate for chair rentals, and towels are complimentary.
For rentals of 30 days or more, the building requires an application to be completed. This online application is simple and straightforward and should not take more than 10 minutes to complete (fee of $100 per guest). This application must be completed and approved by the office prior to your arrival. (It may take up to 10 business days to process the application. Check with the owner about the pet policy. Tenants shall pay a non-refundable application fee, a tenant card/guest card fee. 30 days minimum rental. For leases for less than 6 months and 1 day, a 14% tax must be added, as required by law. The application must be approved by the HOA before the tenant can move in. Please check the reservation dates with the host before booking.
