There is a lot that goes on here. If you stay to yourself then you'll be fine. Apartments are nice with lots of room. No storage areas. Floors need a little work. Water pressure is good. Maintenance is a little slow at times but they get the work done. Neighbors are a little loud or nosey but all in all i liked living here till they increased my rent EVERY year untill i had to think about moving. Not good for a single mom already struggling.

It's okay so far it's a little noisy cause of kids and I'm on bottom floor and it sounds like they are coming through my roof but complain about me playing a little speaker box say my music is to loud but they are so loud up there I can't sleep.

Rent went up too fast within 3 years. 840 to 1238. Parking is unorganized, noise is medium, neighbors ok, grounds kept clean and some staff generally nice
